MOSI hosted Tampa's first-ever Festival of Chocolate, Saturday-Monday, January 15-17, 2011. The Festival of Chocolate is Florida's largest all-chocolate themed event which originated in Orlando, FL. The Festival of Chocolate producer Aileen Mand had a vision several years ago to feature the area's best chocolate and confection companies selling tastes and treats of everything chocolate from truffles, cakes and cupcakes to cookies, brownies and ice creams. Thus far Aileen’s vision has been a dream come true and each festival has been very successful because approximately 10,000+ guests attended. It was truly an honor and privilege to be part of this fabulous event.

The award winning chocolate was by Asher's Dark Chocolate Jumbo Peanut Butter Cups. Asher's Chocolate Company, Philadelphia, PA is a 4th generation of chocolatiers since 1892.
